The Dell Technologies Championship, formely Deutsche Bank Championship, was first held in 2003, and it's held at the Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts. The event is scheduled to end on Monday, which is Labor Day, and the list of past winners already includes several big names on the PGA Tour, including Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh.
This annual Labor Day weekend event may be relatively new to the PGA Tour, but it's already been attracting one of the strongest fields on the schedule. One of the main reasons for this draw is that the Deutsche Bank Championship became part of the FedEx Cup in 2007, adding significance to what was already a highly-regarded tournament.
The world's best golfers head to the Tournament Players Club of Boston every summer for this tournament, which is one of the newer golf tournaments of the PGA Tour.

2011 Deutsche Bank Championship Winner
Webb Simpson is the 2011 Deutsche Bank Championship winner. Simpson knocked in a 30-foot birdie putt on the par-5 18th hole for a 6-under 65. That put him into a playoff with Chez Reavie. They finished regulation at 15-under 269.
2010 Deutsche Bank Championship Winner
Charley Hoffman couldn't count all the perks that came with winning the 2010 Deutsche Bank Championship, just like he lost track of the 11 birdies he made in a Labor Day masterpiece. He moved up 57 spots to No. 2 in the FedEx Cup standings, giving him a shot at the $10 million bonus. Hoffman racked up six birdies on the back nine, and simply left no doubt that he would cruise to the win, as he finished at 22-under for the championship.
